The library has two rooms that are available to the public for meetings. There is a small Study Room that seats twelve people and the larger Malone Meeting Room with a capacity for up to fifty people.
The library meeting rooms are available during normal library operating days and hours. All meetings must be ended and the rooms vacant by library closing time. Rooms may be reserved in advance. Library programming will have first priority in determining room use.
Pre-registration is not required for use of the Study Room. Simply stop at the circulation desk to see if it's available. However, it can be reserved in advance. Call or stop in at the library to see if it is available for the time you are interested in.
Registration is required for use of the Malone Meeting Room. The meeting room is not available as a regular meeting place for non-library organizations. Reservations cannot be accepted for more than two dates at one time or for more than four dates in one year. One application form per meeting must be filled out and approved by the library. The Meeting Room policy and applications are available at the library.
